| Cherie is Lee’s foreperson and office administrator. Cherie’s parents are both heavily involved in all aspects of the racing game and little wonder their daughter followed in their footsteps. Lee is an ardent admirer of his right-hand woman. “She is youthful, vibrant, exhuberant and her dedication to work and willingness to learn has seen her quickly become indispensable to me,” Lee says. |

| Troy learned his craft working for 10 years at Rosehill with the now Gold Coast-based Brian Guy. Guy, now one of the leading trainers in Queensland, believed a ‘general’ is only as good as his troops and he employed nothing but good troops. Lee Curtis has the same beliefs and that’s why Troy is now working alongside him. |

Anthony learned his craft under Gary Nickson and Johnny Berry at Canterbury and linked with Lee not long after he commenced training. Anthony is ‘part of the furniture’ at Curtis Racings Stables for obvious reasons – he’s hard-working reliable and a first rate horseman.
